Join Our Practice Membership

Ali Azfar and Nick Shore are pleased to be able to offer Practice Membership at A&S, making private dental care affordable. Our plans provide the following benefits at a cost of just £11.96 per month for patients who attend annually, or £14.96 for those who attend every six months:


 

  • Guaranteed registration with Ali Azfar or Nick Shore
  • Regular dental examinations and gum assessments
  • Professional hygiene care
  •  Up to 20% discounts on other dental treatments
  • A wider choice of materials used for treatment, for example, white fillings, cosmetic crowns and bridges
  • A private dedicated number and email address to contact us (including text messaging).
  • Discounts on a range of goods and services from well known brands such as Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Expedia and British Gas
  • Insurance cover to protect you against dental trauma caused by accidents and emergency callouts both in the UK and abroad
  • Redundancy protection for your monthly payments for up to 12 months to ensure that you keep your registration with us despite your circumstances.
  • Emergency care during working hours within the practice opening times.


Information for patients who used to see Mr. Azfar or Mr. Shore

Ali and Nick would be happy to hear from any patients who remain undecided about whether to join one of our membership plans.

 

Working with PracticePlan, we were advised to retain some capacity for patients who remain undecided about whether to join or not, for some time after the launch of the plans.

 

We are pleased to report that patients are joining regularly, and its still not too late as we have some places available.

If you are already a membership patient, and would like us to see your family or friends please get in touch. If the person you recommend goes on to join one of our plans, we will send each of you a £10 M&S voucher.

*Scaling with our dental hygienist is included for those on the hygiene plan only. Other plan members enjoy a 20% discount on hygienist fees

Dentures are priced according to the materials used, the number and quality of the denture teeth agreed with you.
